2007 at Mikulov
As 2007 drew to a close, we helped Santa arrive to some parties around Canberra
|
This was at the Canberra Centre - a new Mall in the city. The dogs drew as much attention as did Santa! The canine stars are Marshall and Razor, with Flame in front of them and Rebel and Kismet in the lead. |
Rebel - the black girl on the left, Flame is the red
lady and Kismet is the grey girl on the right. All wearing their new festive Christmas collars - and loving the attention! |
|
The Childrens Christmas Party at my work (Department of
Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry) had Santa starring with a Husky team. These stars are Herbie and Marshall |

Irish Setters at seven months old can be more than a handful
with their wild enthusiasm. Still, we wouldn't swap Ryan for anyone else! |
We were there! Dogs Day Out in Canberra April 22 We sure enjoyed catching up with people and their Siberian Huskies living in Canberra and as a bonus, Marshall won the fastest dog and owner race with Mara - he turned so quickly at the end of each lap, thanks to a bit of Heelwork training in classes |
|
We took Duncan to the Sydney Royal Easter Show on 17 April
- a few weeks after his 10th birthday.
He won First in Veteran Dog class (the oldest entrant). He took it all in his stride - the ultimate understated winner - nothing got in the way of his afternoon nap! |
