Almost the last Show we attended before dispersing the dogs and heading off overseas on our long planned and very much anticipated travels through Europe
Proud to know that we were at the first Show held by this Club, back in 1993, and now we won at the 50th Show. And at many Club Shows in between!

And now for something completely different - Mara was back in the Gundog ring with an Italian Spinone Banjo - Alistair Paterson's Spinone BROOKFIRE TESTAROSSA

This appeared at our front gate in early July. It works and we heard the revving of engines from a line up of halted and impatient drivers - much more so during morning and evening peak times as commuters drove to and from Canberra
What is the reason ?
The only access bridge to the Village is finally being demolished and replaced with a stronger, not wooden structure. With that road completely closed, all the traffic was forced to divert past our front gate. |
On almost our last day home, Richard took part in a "Roof Raising"!
The actual story is somewhat different
It was decided to build a replica of the Loading bay at the Railway line after that structure was demolished. This was the place where ore was loaded on to the train to Wollongong for processing and export. This day the roof was dropped in to place.
